AirStar - Craig Rudolph - has service our home HVAC for several years. He gives us his honest opinion; only recomending what needs to be done. He's gained our trust. Recently, we had a cooling problem and he responded the next morning. He determined we had a leak in our 20 year-old cooling coil. He gave us optons to either replace just the coil, or to replace both coil and furnace. We chose to replace both. The work was done on Sep 13th.
